Effectively manage the overall activities in the Fresh Fruit Customer Service/ Order Management department to contribute to the profitability and growth of the company by efficiently liasing among the Commercial Managers, Fresh customers,and the Fresh organization on all information pertaining to orders, product flow, status of orders, cash flow/ receipt of payments, as well as maintain market information database containing market preferences, pricing, quality feedback and any other relevant information that will help develop market trends and ensure that the company’s focus on customer satisfaction is consistently attained.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Fresh order management
  • Fresh customer service
  • Claims handling and settlement
  • Data analysis and preparation of department reports
  • Administrative and other functions

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of any 4-5 year college degree preferably BS Industrial Engineering

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • At least 5 years at supervisory capacity
  • Background in a manufacturing or agricultural company is an advantage, with experience in dealing with customers or external stakeholders
