Responsibilities
- Lead & Develop a High-Performing Sales Team: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of over 10 sales professionals to consistently exceed targets.
- Drive Sales & Revenue Growth: Formulate and implement strategies to maximize revenue and enhance client acquisition.
- Own the Sales Cycle: Manage all aspects of the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
- Ensure KPI & Target Achievement: Track performance, analyze metrics, and initiate improvements to meet targets.
- Build Strong Client Relationships: Engage with key stakeholders to broaden business opportunities.
- Stay Ahead of Market Trends: Monitor industry developments to maintain a competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of experience in B2B sales on an international scale.
- Proven track record in leading and managing a sales team.
- A strong, results-driven leader who thrives under pressure.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and implement data-driven sales strategies.
