Position Summary: This position assists in building meaningful relationships between Facility Heads and HR Operations Manager in developing initiatives and programs for the site. Also, responsible for the Day-to-Day Operational HR transactions and support the HR Operations Manager in strengthening Employer-Employee Relations and implementation of Organizational Culture initiatives and Systems.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Professional: At least 4 years' experience in Human Resource Management
- Preferably Bachelor’s/College Degree in BS Psychology, Behavioral Science, Industrial Engineering or any related course
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
