The Private Wealth Relationship Manager is primarily accountable for managing BPI Private Wealth (PW) accounts/clients and growing the volume and revenue of his/her clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures adherence to the account’s agreement, investment guidelines, special instructions, internal policies and procedures, and existing banking circulars and trust rules and regulations
  • Receives notices, instructions, communications, and supporting documents related to the account’s investment and administrative requirements, and coordinates with concerned departments to ensure timely and correct execution
  • Relays client’s instructions such as but not limited to contributions, withdrawals, transfers, and execution of trades
  • Undertakes periodic visits to high net-worth individuals to maintain, build, and strengthen relationships
  • Reviews periodically client portfolio
  • Provides investment advice and recommendation
  • Addresses and resolves client concerns and inquiries
  • Acts as alternate officer in the absence of other PW Relationship Manager
  • Attends training to improve knowledge, expertise, and skills relevant to work requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Preferably with Master’s degree or other further business studies
  • Preferably with experience in the banking business
  • Knowledge of the trust business, investments, securities, and financial markets
  • Well-versed in MS Office
  • Good communication, analytical, and presentation skills
