Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager (B2C) to lead our growing sales team. This role will be responsible for training, mentoring, and driving performance for a team of approximately 10 sales associates, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consumer sales, team leadership, and data-driven performance management.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement B2C sales strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
  • Ensure that the team meets KPIs, conversion rates, and sales goals.

Team Leadership & Training

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of 10 sales associates.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to improve sales techniques, customer engagement, and closing strategies.
  • Conduct regular sales performance reviews and implement improvement plans when necessary.

Sales Operations & Metrics

  • Establish and track key performance metrics to measure team success.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer success) to optimize the sales funnel.

Customer Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Ensure a customer-first sales approach, prioritizing long-term relationships over one-time transactions.
  • Gather customer feedback to refine sales pitches, training programs, and product offerings.
  • Represent Helios at industry events, conferences, and customer interactions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in B2C fintech, financial services, or technology-driven industries.
  • Proven track record in hitting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with experience managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Data-driven mindset – ability to analyze sales metrics and optimize performance.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation software is a plus.
