- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand business needs and provide strategic hiring solutions.
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring performance excellence and continuous development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and industry regulations.
- Utilize data-driven recruitment metrics to track and improve hiring efficiency.
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand to enhance talent attraction.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to streamline hiring processes and enhance the candidate experience.
