Key Responsibilities/Duties

•Provide technical solutions to the sales team during the pre-sales process

•Work closely with customers to understand their needs and goals, and identify the best technology solutions

•Prepare and present technical presentations and demonstrations to customers with special consideration on both data privacy and security.

•Analyze and understand customer requirements and budget in order to design appropriate technical recommendations.

•Lead the development of technical and network configuration including the final BOM leading to a complete technical proposal while ensuring profitability.

•Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, technologies, and industry trends in the global and domestic market.

•Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure successful delivery and implementation of technology solutions

•Stay current on industry certifications and pursue relevant certifications.

•This is a full-time position based at our office location. Some travel may be required

•Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Qualifications:

•Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in ECE, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or any other IT related courses

•At least 3 years of experience in technical pre-sales role

•Industry certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), CompTIA Network+, Juniper Networks Certified Internet Associate (JNCIA), or Certified Wireless Network Professional (CWNP) is desirable

•Strong technical expertise in in structured cabling and related technologies

•Proficient with MS Office and other productivity tools

Specific skills & abilities:

•Presentation Skills

•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

•Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically

•Professional and customer-focused

•Must have strong attention to detail

•Adaptable and open to change

Preferably with ALCATEL experience
