Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst.

What are the Roles and Responsibilities?

  • Performs physical and chemical and microbiological analyses of raw materials, in process, finished product, water and wastewater and evaluate them as to specified frequency of checking.
  • Monitors and revalidates raw material stocks and finished goods.
  • Checks supports and coordinates with production regarding sanitation condition of the plant.
  • Follows Good Manufacturing Practices, safety procedures and guidelines and company rules and regulations.
  • Ensures compliance to established ISO / HACCP / Food Safety Management System.
  • Responsible for incoming materials, process, line monitoring and inspection, testing of finished goods following the Quality Plan, oPRP Plan, HACCP Plan, and the QATM (Quality Assurance and Test Manual).
  • Informs the Quality Assurance Supervisor on all matters affecting product.

What are the Qualifications?

  • Must be a graduate of BS Chemistry, BS Food Technology, or BS Chemical Engineering.
  • Preferable licensed Chemist and/or Chemical Technician.
  • With at least one (1) year working experience as an analyst.
  • Must be familiar with laboratory apparatus and their application.
  • With initiative and is willing to work on overtime schedule and shifting schedule when necessary. an official corporate email address.
