Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Permits Manager located in Batangas. The Real Estate Permits Manager will be responsible for managing property, administering leases, overseeing lease agreements, and ensuring compliance with real estate regulations. The individual will work closely with the commercial real estate team to secure permits and facilitate smooth operations within the properties. Daily tasks will include coordinating with government agencies, maintaining records, and ensuring timely renewals of necessary permits.
