- Client Consultation: Engage with students by receiving their information from the center and providing course consultation through messaging and phone calls on platforms like WhatsApp and Facebook. Your goal is to help students select the right course and achieve conversion/KPI targets.
- Follow-up: Proactively follow up with students to address any questions, concerns, or objections, ensuring a smooth enrollment process.
- Student Support: Track and monitor students' progress, offering guidance and support throughout their learning journey.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate notes, gather necessary materials, and prepare detailed student progress reports.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with different departments to ensure students have a seamless experience during their studies.
- Additional Duties: Take on other responsibilities as assigned by the manager.
Candidate Requirements:
- Fluent in English.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Work Schedule: Flexible shifts are available; full-time and weekend availability is preferred.
- Online Availability: Must be frequently online, as interactions are primarily conducted through WhatsApp and Facebook.
- Personal Traits: Responsible, motivated, eager to learn, and driven to support students.
