Job Description:

The Marketing Manager will work directly with the CEO and is responsible for tracking and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns. Creating and managing the marketing budget and ensuring all marketing materials align with our brand identity. Develop retention strategies to keep clients and identify areas of improvement through regular evaluation of customer service experience.

You must learn and understand the business and its units to succeed in this role. In addition, you should have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the current market and identify opportunities and trends for building a stronger brand. Finally, recommend relevant strategies to secure new and retain existing clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handles the end-to-end marketing strategies from planning, executing, and optimizing to reviewing the overall performance.
  • Collaborate with the leadership to deploy successful marketing campaigns and own the implementation from idea to execution.
  • Conduct market research and trend analysis and identify new opportunities to provide insightful marketing campaigns.
  • Identify and deliver potential targets for SDR and the Sales team.
  • Work with designers to create advertising materials. Produce compelling and relevant content for our website and leverage social media to attract and convert our target groups.
  • Independently concept and execute multiple projects simultaneously, building project plans and schedules to ensure progress, communicate delivery, and identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
  • Work proactively to deepen the understanding of our market, customers, and services.
  • CEO may assign other duties consistent with the general nature and focus of the position and the goals and objectives of the teams.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing with 5-8 years of work experience.
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
  • Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics etc.) Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
  • They have a proven track record in delivering successful campaigns and optimization.
  • Must have a solid business, marketing, and consumer understanding.
  • Excellent communication, research, and presentation skills.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven. Numerically literate, comfortable with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.
  • Must be amenable to working in our Makati Office only when requested by the CEO.
