Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an AVP Alternative Channels at Maxicare Healthcare Corporation, located in Makati City. The AVP Alternative Channels will develop and manage strategies for alternative sales channels, establish and maintain relationships with channel partners, and work to expand market reach. They will lead sales activities, drive marketing initiatives, and build strategic partnerships to enhance company growth. Daily tasks will include overseeing channel sales operations, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for channel expansion.
- Drives revenue growth by retaining and expanding the existing portfolio of accounts.
- Conducts research and analysis to identify opportunities for increasing sales revenue from existing accounts.
- Reviews and ensures the effective implementation of sales incentive programs to motivate and reward high performance.
- Plans, monitors, and evaluates the performance of sales personnel to achieve and exceed business objectives.
- Collects, analyzes, and ensures the accurate and timely reporting of customer feedback on service delivery to top management.
- Analyzes market needs, gathers data, and provides recommendations for new product development to meet customer demands.
Qualifications
- Experience in Channel Sales and Sales management
- Ability to establish and manage relationships with Channel Partners
- Proficiency in building and maintaining Strategic Partnerships
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
