QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Accountancy with 10-15 years of relevant working experience covering the following areas: Treasury, Auditing, Financial Planning and Analysis
- Certified Public Accountant
- Experience in SEC and knowledge of IFRS 15 is required
- Experience working with ERP systems is required (Navision and Netsuite)
- Strong leadership qualities and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in all Microsoft software e.g. Excel and PowerPoint
- Sound business acumen will be desirable

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the Group Finance Director, you will have the following duties:
- Responsible for all financial management which includes financial analysis, financial modelling for commercial contracts
- Oversee daily accounting and financial matters of the company
- Prepare monthly AER and MMA reporting with variance analysis on P/L and B/S items
- Ensure accounts receivables are collected on time and all disputes with customers are resolved timely with the sales team
- Review inventory for potential stock obsolescence and investigate stock discrepancies
- Responsible for cash management and forecasts
- Prepare annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
- Work closely with the Head of Departments to achieve the goals and targets
- Ensure all audit and tax matters comply with local statutory and regulatory requirements e.g. BIR and PEZA
- Liaise with auditors, bankers, company secretaries, and tax agents
- Recommend and implement solutions to strengthen internal controls and always think of ways to improve work efficiencies
