Job Responsibilities

  1. Take responsibility for achieving the business and operational indicators of the Philippines warehouse. Coordinate internal and external resources, allocate resources reasonably, and ensure the smooth implementation of overseas warehouse customer projects.
  2. Be accountable for the operational quality of the overseas warehouse. Overall manage all aspects of in - warehouse operations, including the formulation, supervision, and handling of exceptions in the inbound, outbound, and in - stock processes. Implement and improve warehouse regulations, standardize operating standards and procedures, and enhance operational efficiency.
  3. Assume responsibility for the business results of the overseas warehouse. Continuously optimize various costs, improve the warehousing space efficiency and labor productivity, and improve the profit and loss situation of the overseas warehouse.
  4. Maintain customer relationships, respond to daily customer needs, maintain good communication with customers, maintain the retention rate of existing customers, and reduce the customer churn rate.
  5. Handle customer complaints and operational anomalies in a timely manner. Provide feedback to the operations team or service providers and follow up on issue resolution to ensure a good customer experience.

Job Requirements

  1. Have relevant experience in warehouse management or the supply chain logistics industry, possess relevant work experience as a warehouse manager or have the management capabilities of a warehouse manager.
  2. Proficient in Mandarin are preferred.
