Your Role
The Operational Transformation Staff supports the Business Process Management Head and Process Assurance Head to meet the established standards set by the Sector. When the incumbent is in the course of performing process assurance activities, the OT Staff may be required to perform process improvement initiatives to support the Business Process Management Head as part of the Sector’s continuous improvement agenda.
How you will contribute
- Regular process review of SPI review cycle, Risk and Control Self-Assessment, Incident Management Review, Key Risk Indicator Monitoring, MIS / Operational Performance Reports, and Outcome Measurement
- Assuring the quality of Risk and Control Self-Assessment, Incident Management Review, and Key Risk Indicator Monitoring
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering
- Banking experience is an added advantage
- Knowledgeable in MS Office proficiency, process design and mapping, and Time and Motion Study
- With audit experience is an added advantage
- Must be attentive to details
