About the role

  • Assist in job postings and managing applications.
  • Updating the status of each candidate pipelines
  • Help prepare onboarding materials and welcome packets
  • Coordinate company events & initiatives
  • Maintaining internal communications
  • Participate on planning and execution of engagement activities
  • Prepare and send out email reminders and announcements
  • Preparing gate passes for pull-out and delivery
  • Update the facilities inventory

What we are looking

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior internship or volunteer experience in HR or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
