In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Responsible for the timely processing of requisitions and converting them into purchase orders, ensuring the details are complete and accurate.
- Issue and track the progress of purchase orders, updating them as necessary.
- Address inquiries raised by vendors and business stakeholders related to purchasing transactions (e.g., requisitions, POs, catalogs, etc.).
- Analyze reports generated from purchasing systems to identify areas of noncompliance, process exceptions, and incomplete transactions.
- Provide guidance on procurement policies and procedures to business partners to increase compliance.
