Executive Assistant
Responsibilities:
Skool Platform Management
- Assist with fulfillment and client membership in Skool.
- Copy and paste client programs/systems in Skool.
- Engage in Skool communities.
SOPs & VA Management
- Help with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in managing other virtual assistants (VAs).
Email & Calendar Management
- Filter, categorize, and clean up emails.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, send invites, and set reminders.
Client Care & Follow-ups
- Send follow-up emails, thank-you cards, gifts, and reminders.
File & Report Management
- Organize and manage files in Google Sheets and Google Drive.
- Create basic reports, including weekly, monthly, and annual reports on deliverables and sales.
CRM Management (GoHighLevel)
- Handle data entry, clean up, and update notes and client information.
- Take meeting minutes and document key points.
Basic Bookkeeping
- Consolidate personal and business receipts.
Personal Errands & Travel Coordination
- Purchase gifts and groceries online.
- Book hotels and flights.
Future Task: CRM Customization (GoHighLevel)
- Assist in building customized client accounts in GoHighLevel.
- The client is willing to provide training on how to use snapshots and set up new accounts.
Experience and Proficiency:
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Must have admin back-end experience, either from a corporate setup or as a VA (important).
- A college degree is required for non-experienced candidates who are coachable in admin back-end support (important).
- General CRM experience, preferably with GoHighLevel.
- Strong integration skills in GoHighLevel are a huge bonus.
- Preferably has operations experience.
- Experience using Skool or similar platforms like Kajabi.
