The job holder ensures to meet / perform

This position will be responsible for Philippine company’ accounting, taxes and support Philippine company’ daily operation.

Responsibilities:

A. Finance Tasks:

Account Receivable (“AR”) & Account Payable (“AP”):

  • Issue tax invoices and perform 3-way matching of sales contract/order, goods delivery note and tax invoices;
  • Review 3-way matching of PO, DO and invoices and approve payment application forms in a timely manner;
  • Collect reimbursement invoices and approve reimbursement application form in a timely manner;
  • Post accounting entries of AR/AP/Reimbursement/Collection/Payment transactions onto ERP system timely and correctly;
  • Bind and archive copies of documents such as sales contract/order, goods delivery note, purchase order, goods receipt note, tax invoices, etc.
  • Prepare monthly AR aging report to monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers for timely collection.
  • Prepare monthly intercompany transaction list and perform reconciliation with group companies;

Taxes and audits:

  • Responsible for monthly and annual tax filing (VAT, WHT, CIT) correctly and timely;
  • Support on annual financial statement audit.

Asset management:

  • Conduct inventory reconciliation and stock take;
  • Responsible for fixed assets management, including depreciation, disposal and physical check;

B. Administrative Tasks:

  • Assist the sales team with preparation of quotes and proposals;
  • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems;
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests for information regarding products, orders and services;
  • Generate sales reports to track sales performance, opportunities and market trends;
  • Prepare and analyzer sales data to support the sales team in decision making;
  • Organize and maintain sales-related documents, contracts and correspondence;
  • Assist on the administration affairs in Philippine site assigned by group finance or HR team;

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Accounting or equivalent
  • Preferably at least 5 years working experience in finance and accounting function
  • Prior experience in import/export trading company is highly preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English (spoken and written)
