Product Manager/Lead (IT Project Management)
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Product Manager or Product Lead to join our team and oversee CLiQQ Digital Products. The ideal candidate will serve as the Subject Matter Expert for our digital platforms - CLiQQ App, CLiQQ Kiosk, and CLiQQ Shop - ensuring they meet business objectives and deliver a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Digital CLiQQ Platforms (Rewards mobile application, eCommerce, and Kiosk).
- Oversee the full product lifecycle: ideation, planning, testing, and launch.
- Create clear, user-friendly documentation to translate technical details for non-technical stakeholders.
- Monitor product performance and trends to identify blockers and implement action plans.
- Prioritize features and manage projects, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing digital products and leading teams.
- Proficiency in HTML & CSS, UI & UX.
- Strong leadership experience in product and people management, ideally in the IT/technology sector.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (IT, Marketing, Operations).
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in IT or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in account or project management.
