Sales Team Captain (Remote)
As a Sales Team Captain, you will play a key role in driving our business forward by connecting with customers, generating sales, and fostering brand loyalty. You’ll be the voice of our company, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive and lasting impression.. You’ll be responsible for achieving sales targets, building customer relationships, and ensuring your team delivers results.
Schedule: Full Time, Flexible – 9 AM to 5 PM (working the full shift is recommended)
Compensation: $4/hour for the first 90 days, increasing to $6/hour after a successful performance evaluation.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Achieve and exceed sales targets by engaging with leads, understanding customer needs, and closing deals.
- Build Relationships: Proactively reach out to past and potential customers to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and encourage referrals.
- Track Performance: Monitor team and individual sales metrics, analyze results, and share insights to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Use CRM Tools: Leverage CRM software to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 1-2 years in sales, with some experience managing or mentoring others (formal or informal leadership roles are acceptable).
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a talent for building rapport and influencing decisions.
- Self-Motivation: A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Tech Proficiency: Comfort using CRM tools and other sales software.
- Positive Attitude: A friendly, enthusiastic, and results-driven approach to work.
