  • Ensure consistency across all design, video, and digital content across platforms, ensuring a unified brand message.
  • Provide strategic input on key design and video initiatives, supporting creative development while maintaining brand standards.
  1. Digital Marketing & Community Engagement:
  • Supervise the Digital Marketing and Community Management teams to ensure effective online campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid ads.
  • Oversee the development of community engagement strategies, driving brand loyalty and customer interaction on social platforms and digital channels.
  • Analyze digital marketing performance and guide optimization efforts based on insights to improve customer reach and engagement.
  1. Visual Merchandising Strategy:
  • Guide the Visual Merchandising team in creating in-store and online product displays that are visually appealing and aligned with ongoing marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure the merchandising strategies enhance the customer experience and drive product sales.
  • Oversee the execution of seasonal or campaign-driven visual merchandising plans, collaborating with sales and retail teams for execution.
  1. Event Planning & Management:
  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events, including product launches, trade shows, webinars, and other brand-related events.
  • Ensure events are on-brand, well-executed, and meet specific business and marketing goals.
  • Manage event logistics, including vendor relationships, budgeting, and post-event analysis to measure success and gather insights for future events.
  1. Media Management & Relations:
  • Manage media planning, buying, and relations, working with internal and external partners to secure media placements that increase brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with the media team to track the effectiveness of media campaigns, ensuring maximum exposure and ROI.
  • Guide media strategies for both traditional and digital channels, ensuring they align with overall marketing goals.
