Job Description
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the leadership team and various departments
- Coordinating schedules, managing calendars, and arranging meetings and appointments
- Handling a variety of administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document management
- Serving as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating excellent customer service
- Assisting with travel arrangements, expense reporting, and other logistical support
- Contributing to special projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar generalist role
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to priorities tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Adaptable and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
