  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Be able to quote customers
  • Be able to book freight when needed
  • Handle escalations
  • Provide clear and concise communication on all loads
  • Track and update loads within the TMS
  • Ensure carriers are utilizing tracking technology
  • Report any delays or issues on shipments
  • Ensuring seamless transition of tracking duties to next shift
  • Work within account SOPs for updating customers
  • Proactively identify and address issues on loads
  • Handle inbound calls and emails as well as make outbound when needed
  • Meet KPIs

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of full truckload track and trace
  • Able to work in a fast pace environment with a sense of urgency
  • Fluent English
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal (email and phone)
  • Google Workspace experience (Gmail, Sheets, Meets, etc.)
  • TMS Experience (Aljex preferred)
  • Customer service skills
  • Attention to detail
