The Marketing Manager will be responsible for spearheading the brand introduction and development strategies across digital channels. This role requires a seasoned marketing professional with a deep understanding of brand building, consumer behavior, and
digital trends. The individual will lead a team of digital marketing specialists to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion through various marketing initiatives.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Integrated Marketing Campaigns (IMC) & Brand Activations
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to introduce and grow new brands.
- Collaborate with creative teams, PR, digital, and sales to ensure campaign consistency.
- Optimize campaign performance using consumer insights, market research, and data-driven strategies.
- Ensure a seamless customer journey across all marketing touchpoints—digital, social, in-store, and experiential.
Out-of-Home (OOH) & Offline Marketing for Store Launches
- Plan and execute store opening campaigns, pop-ups, and experiential activations.
- Develop high-impact OOH strategies, including billboards, transit ads, and retail displays.
- Partner with agencies, landlords, and vendors to maximize visibility and brand presence.
- Use location-based insights and foot traffic analysis to measure campaign effectiveness.
Social Media Strategy, Content Planning & Performance Tracking
- Lead social media strategy and content development, ensuring brand voice and storytelling consistency.
- Oversee content calendars, influencer collaborations, and paid media campaigns.
- Monitor social performance metrics to identify trends, optimize engagement, and drive conversions.
- Stay ahead of emerging digital trends and platform updates to keep the brand competitive.
Branding & Creative Direction
- Define and maintain brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all marketing efforts.
- Work closely with graphic designers, photographers, and content creators to develop compelling visuals.
- Experiment with new creative formats, storytelling approaches, and brand activations.
- Influencer Marketing & Strategic Partnerships
- Identify and collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to enhance brand credibility.
- Develop and execute influencer-driven campaigns that boost brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Track and optimize influencer partnerships using data-driven performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, media, advertising, or any related course.
- 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, campaign management, or digital strategy.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in the marketing environment.
- At least 5 years of professional exposure in social media marketing, content planning, and performance analysis.
- Proficiency in Meta analytics and reporting tools, content management systems,
- and campaign performance analysis to drive strategic decision-making and
- optimize content for sales conversion.
- Proficient in both English and Filipino communication.
- Willingness to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City, on a hybrid set up.
