Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO, Board of Directors, and senior leadership team.
  • Lead capital allocation strategies, investment planning, and M&A evaluations.
  • Oversee the company's financial policies, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
  • Establish KPIs and financial performance metrics to drive business efficiency.


Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

  • Lead the annual budgeting, financial forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
  • Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support business decisions.
  • Provide variance analysis and strategic recommendations to improve financial performance.
  • Monitor industry trends, market risks, and financial opportunities for business expansion.


Accounting & Financial Management:

  • Oversee accounting, tax, treasury, and financial reporting functions.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS).
  • Optimize working capital management, cash flow forecasting, and liquidity planning.
  • Partner with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure full financial compliance.


Risk Management & Corporate Governance:

  • Identify and mitigate financial risks related to operations, investments, and market conditions.
  • Implement robust internal controls and financial policies to safeguard company assets.
  • Manage relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions.
  • Ensure corporate governance and adherence to legal and ethical financial practices.


Technology & Process Optimization:

  • Drive digital transformation and automation in financial processes, including ERP systems.
  • Implement advanced financial analytics, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making tools.
  • Improve operational efficiency by streamlining financial workflows and reporting mechanisms.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting
  • CPA
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, including FP&A, financial modeling, and strategic finance.
  • Strong expertise in corporate finance, investment analysis, and capital allocation.
  • Experience in mergers & acquisitions (M&A), fundraising, and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), and advanced Excel modeling.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
