In this role, you will design, analyze and refine text prompts for various applications to help drive the required output from model-driven AI applications. In addition to that, you will be working with the team and client to gather business requirements and other expectations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and refine AI-generated text prompts for various applications.
• Work on various POCs and experimental AI initiatives collaborating with the extended team - product teams and data scientists to ensure prompt alignment with goals and user needs.
• Monitor and analyze prompt performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Optimize the AI prompt generation process to enhance overall system performance.
• Perform data validation and proactively identify issues to ensure data integrity and the delivery of quality and accurate results.
• Drive process and delivery improvement by learning new delivery methodologies, AI modelling and approach to prompt engineering, through continuous learning and personal development.
• Share/ leverage prompt engineering best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and statistical tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, critical thinking, eye for details

Qualifications:

• Experience as Business Analysis working on AI projects
• Experience (preferable) or good understanding of prompt engineering applications and patterns
• Mastery over grammar and its more technical aspects like:
• The usage of nouns, verbs, subjects, predicates, etc.
• The ability to identify synonyms.
• Adeptness in comprehending raw inputs.
• Keen attention to details in analyzing, structuring, and organizing a variety of data and reports
• Strong aptitude for teamwork and an initiative to communicate with teammates.
• Flexibility to switch between working independently and collaborating with a team.
• Ability to quickly adapt when switching between different tasks
• Familiarity with analytical tools (ranking factors, search engine algorithms).
• Accountability to adhere to strict levels of confidentiality and handle sensitive data with discretion and professionalism.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Degree in Communications, Information Science, or related fields
