Key Responsibilities:

Calendar & Appointment Management:

  • Efficiently manage and coordinate the executive’s calendar, ensuring optimal time management.
  • Schedule, confirm, and organize appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, documents, and follow-ups as needed.

Lead Generation:

  • Research and identify potential leads through various channels (online platforms, networking, referrals, etc.).
  • Reach out to prospective clients and schedule meetings for the executive team.
  • Maintain an organized database of leads and track follow-up actions.

Client Retention:

  • Foster positive relationships with existing clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Assist in developing and implementing client engagement strategies.

Qualification & Skills:

  • 3+ years experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and scheduling tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Experience in lead generation and client relationship management is a plus.

Schedule:

  • Fully remote work, 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM Manila time
