The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, handling appointments, assisting with lead generation and follow-ups, and ensuring high client retention through excellent communication and organizational skills. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar & Appointment Management:
- Efficiently manage and coordinate the executive’s calendar, ensuring optimal time management.
- Schedule, confirm, and organize appointments, meetings, and events.
- Prepare meeting agendas, documents, and follow-ups as needed.
Lead Generation:
- Research and identify potential leads through various channels (online platforms, networking, referrals, etc.).
- Reach out to prospective clients and schedule meetings for the executive team.
- Maintain an organized database of leads and track follow-up actions.
Client Retention:
- Foster positive relationships with existing clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Assist in developing and implementing client engagement strategies.
Qualification & Skills:
- 3+ years experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and scheduling tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Experience in lead generation and client relationship management is a plus.
Schedule:
- Fully remote work, 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM Manila time
