Job Summary

The HRBP for OD and Talent Management serves as the lead for employee engagement programs, core skills and leadership development initiatives. This role collaborates with Talent Management and Learning Delivery Teams will drive organizational success and employee engagement. It aims to strengthen our pipeline of future talents by ensuring that they remain highly engaged and their development is supported and monitored. Moreover, this role also serves as the overall coordinator and lead facilitator for FSD U’s Sales and Leadership Development courses.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Engagement Strategy

  1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  2. Conduct engagement surveys and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.
  3. Communicate engagement survey results and collaborate with leaders on action items

Learning and Development Programs

  1. Leads FSD Sales and Leadership Development Programs
  2. Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs aligned with business goals.
  3. Design, implement, and evaluate learning and development initiatives to enhance sales and leadership competencies of FSD employees.

Talent Development

  1. Spearhead succession planning and leadership development programs.
  2. Assess and identify high-potential employees, create individual development plans for them and assign them to coaches/mentors
  3. Monitor progress of critical and high-potential (SP listers) talents
  4. Ensure a healthy pipeline of talents for leadership roles.

Coaching and Support

  1. Provide coaching to managers and employees on engagement and development practices.
  2. Facilitate performance management discussions and development feedback.
  3. Leads FSD Coachability Cafes

Collaboration with Leadership

  1. Partner with department heads to align learning initiatives with team objectives
  2. Advocate for employee development resources and opportunities.

Change Management

  1. Support organizational change initiatives by promoting engagement and development activities.
  2. Assist in communicating changes effectively to minimize disruption.

Culture Building

  1. Oversee FSD Employee Branding
  2. In-charge of FSD Employee Recognition Program
  3. Develop initiatives that reinforce organizational values and employee morale

Job Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree holder in Human Resources or other relevant fields of study or equivalent to 5 years of total accumulated experience in Learning Delivery, Training design and facilitation in the same industry.
  • Experience in L&D program design and development.
  • Experience with a Learning Management System and building eLearning modules is desirable.
  • A passion for helping people reach their career goals.
  • Well-developed computer skills with strong proficiency on MS Office and/or Google Office Apps
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, highly organized, data and results-driven, and able to manage your time effectively.
