Job Description

  • Responsible for growing the Cross Border Mall business by acquiring and onboarding big Chinese brands through close cooperation with Seller Management Teams
  • Identify, establish, and execute growth strategic partnerships with Chinese sellers
  • With excellent project management skills and end-to-end processing and execution
  • Collaborate and coordinate with local and regional stakeholders and business partners which includes effective communication of expectations, plans, and adjustment of managed projects
  • Manage performance and drive competitive advantage of overseas sellers in assigned categories
  • Monitor trends and analyze seller performance and profitability - generate actionable insights to develop category initiatives aligned with company goals and objectives
  • Coordinate with both local and cross-border teams to ensure optimal resource allocation - leverage available internal resources to drive campaign performance of overseas sellers
  • Act as point of contact for any operational issues of cross-border shops in assigned categories
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses related to assigned categories as required
  • Manage relevant monthly/weekly/biweekly reports

Requirements

  • Must be proficient in Mandarin (verbal and written) to liaise and communicate with mandarin-speaking sellers and other stakeholders
  • Good communication skills and command of the English language (verbal and written)
  • With 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Business Development, Sales, or Management is preferred
  • Preferably with background in Ecommerce
  • Possesses Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management or any relevant study
  • High Level Proficiency in Powerpoint/Google Deck and Excel / Google Sheets
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Data-driven mindset and solid business acumen (good understanding of growth and profitability)
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work environment to drive key business objectives
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Able to deliver quality work while meeting deadlines
  • Learns fast and can manage multiple projects end-to-end
  • Amenable to work onsite in PH - Ortigas area
