The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Grow brand awareness and brand love to drive conversion to sales in all channels including but not limited to food services, retail, EC. Build the “Oatside” brand name and drive awareness to give consumers compelling reasons to choose our brand over competing brands.
- Identify and implement outreach and partnership programs with traditional and non traditional influencers (baristas, coffee enthusiasts, tastemakers, cultural influencer) in Philippines.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Lead creative material development (or localization) incorporating local insights within brand guidelines.
- Oversee localized PR communications & media plan development, including managing campaigns, media activities (traditional media (e.g. OOH) and digital marketing activities (owned, shared and paid).
- Oversee instore marketing activities and execution in collaboration with commercial partner and external agencies, service providers, retailers / distributors / wholesalers.
- Monitor and/or assess industry's regulatory changes as well as competitive activities and their impact to Oatside.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6-8 years minimum of brand marketing and communications (FMCG/FMCG Distributor) as Brand or marketing manager.
- Has experience in marketing and brand development. Proficiency in media and influencer relationship management.
- Strong analytical, and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of media landscape in market.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in local language.
- Understanding and knowledge of local food service and retail channels is a plus. Able to work independently without supervision and proactively within a team
