Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Project Manager at Converge ICT Solutions Inc. in Pasig. The Business Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day project activities, ensuring successful delivery of projects, communicating project progress, and optimizing business processes to drive project success.

Experience and Expertise:

  • 5+ years of project management experience, focusing on business process improvements and IT project implementation.
  • Proven track record of managing cross-departmental projects involving technology implementations.
  • Familiarity with JIRA and JIRA Service Management (JSM) from a business perspective.
  • Strong experience in change management and leading organizational transformation projects.
  • Agile environment experience and a deep understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.

Business Acumen:

  • Ability to align JIRA/JSM implementation with strategic business goals.
  • Experience with process mapping and integration of business workflows into JIRA/JSM.
  • Expertise in stakeholder management and bridging business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder engagement and ensuring business needs are met during implementation.
  • Project planning, user adoption, and ensuring the smooth integration of JIRA workflows.
  • Performance monitoring through KPI development and efficiency tracking.

Certifications:

  • PMP certification.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or other Agile certifications.
  • Change management certification would be a plus
