SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS
Back-Office Operations Manager: supervise daily back-office operations and staff to achieve maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Will ensure that technology is utilized effectively and that staff are well-organized and productive.
An excellent Back-Office Operations Manager must be an organized, reliable and results-driven professional. They must have a practical mind to solve problems on the spot partnered with an ability to see the “big picture” and make improvements. As a back-office operations manager, you must also have excellent customer service and communication skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop objectives for the back-office’s day-to-day activities
- Supervise and ensure optimal performance of day-to-day activities
- Conduct effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources (people, technology etc.)
- Collect and analyze operational statistics
- Hire, coach and provide training to personnel to maintain high operational standards
- Evaluate performance with key metrics using KPI systems
- Prepare reports for different departments or upper management
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience as a BPO, Call Center, Operations or Logistics Manager
- Experience in customer service is required
- Knowledge of performance evaluation and KPI systems
- Solid understanding of reporting procedures
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a problem-solving ability
- Positive and patient
- High school diploma or equivalent; Higher degree in a relevant discipline will be preferred
- Experience supporting/handling USA clients is a plus
Budget Salary ranges between: PHP40K - PHP55K
