Job Purpose

  • Responsible for delivering effective and efficient project management services for the customer facing applications of the organization, which includes managing IT projects, reported problems, incidents, and change requests, respectively.
  • The role is accountable for the successful delivery of customer facing applications related projects and change requests.
  • Provides development support for customer facing applications of the organization, including interrelationship and dependencies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar technical field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in IT applications development and support, including experience in supporting and configuring web applications, mobile applications and Customer Relationship Management system.
  • Knowledgeable with multiple development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, SCRUM) used in technology product and/or solution design, build and implementation.
  • Solid knowledge and experience in programming applications: C#, Java, Objective-C, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
  • Experience as a CRM administrator preferred
  • Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Developer certifications preferred
