Job Purpose
- Responsible for delivering effective and efficient project management services for the customer facing applications of the organization, which includes managing IT projects, reported problems, incidents, and change requests, respectively.
- The role is accountable for the successful delivery of customer facing applications related projects and change requests.
- Provides development support for customer facing applications of the organization, including interrelationship and dependencies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar technical field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in IT applications development and support, including experience in supporting and configuring web applications, mobile applications and Customer Relationship Management system.
- Knowledgeable with multiple development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, SCRUM) used in technology product and/or solution design, build and implementation.
- Solid knowledge and experience in programming applications: C#, Java, Objective-C, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
- Experience as a CRM administrator preferred
- Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Developer certifications preferred
