OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION: Perform the following functional tasks with a strong emphasis on compliance with company regulations, standardization, simplification, streamlining, and focusing on efficiency to support the company’s operations and development..
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Ensure sufficient and qualified accounting personnel staffing.
- Organize competency assessments and screen managed employees.
- Develop employees and plan for succession.
- Build a corporate culture and work environment aligned with the Company's general orientation and regulations. Implement professional training for staff.
- Proficiently use management system applications/tools (DataRoom, IloveVingroup, inventory software, compliance checklists, etc.).
- Communicate, guide, and monitor compliance with regulations, policies)
- Control payment documentation in accordance with legal regulations.
- Develop a structured and well-controlled accounting system.
- Prepare review reports to identify and prevent potential risks and losses for the Company.
- Represent the Company in working with government agencies regarding accounting and tax matters.
- Review contracts concerning financial and accounting terms.
- Ensure financial statements and tax reports are prepared completely, accurately, on time, and in compliance with accounting standards and current regulations.
- Provide information and reports as required by direct management.
- Conduct inspections to detect and prevent violations within the department.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by direct management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in accounting, finance, economics, or auditing.
- Possess a Chief Accountant Certificate. ACCA, CFA, CPA certifications are an advantage.
- At least three years of experience in accounting, auditing, or internal control, particularly in network development, construction, or Big 4 firms.
- Ability to establish an accounting system and manage department staff.
- Capability to handle work pressure.
- High sense of responsibility, proactive, decisive, and prompt—demonstrating confidence and initiative in work while earning respect from colleagues.
- Creative, eager to learn, and continuously improving.
