Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Acumatica Controller to oversee financial reporting, accounting processes, and system management within the Acumatica ERP platform. This role requires extensive expertise in Acumatica ERP, financial management, and leadership to ensure accurate financial operations and reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to optimize financial workflows.

What you'll do:

• Manage and oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll within Acumatica ERP.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with GAAP standards.
• Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations, financial statements, and audits.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership regarding financial trends, forecasts, and budgeting.
• Oversee and maintain the Acumatica ERP system, ensuring data integrity, system configurations, and report customizations.
• Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot Acumatica ERP issues and implement system enhancements.
• Train and support team members in utilizing Acumatica ERP effectively.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Support strategic initiatives, such as financial planning, business analysis, and cost optimization.

Requirements

What you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or financial management roles.
• Extensive experience with Acumatica ERP is required.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial data clearly to stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
