Are you a quality professional with a flair for sales and customer-facing roles? Do you enjoy helping others understand quality processes and guiding them toward the right solutions? Join our growing team at SimplerQMS and play a key role in expanding our reach within the life sciences industry.

About the Role:

As a Quality Solutions Assistant at SimplerQMS, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, heping them to get the best support and presentation of our electronic quality management system (eQMS). Your role will involve engaging with inbound leads, conducting discovery calls, and qualifying prospects while ensuring a seamless handover to our quality solutions consultants (AEs). Your background in quality assurance will be essential in understanding customer needs and supporting them effectively.

What You’ll Do:

  • Engage and follow up on inbound leads from various channels
  • Conduct discovery calls to assess prospect needs and challenges
  • Qualify leads and prepare detailed demo notes for the sales team
  • Re-engage with cold leads and nurture prospects toward a buying decision
  • Support AEs throughout the sales process by gathering relevant information
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM (Pipedrive)

Requirements:

  • Prior experience with quality assurance and the requirements in the life science industry (ISO13485, FDA 21 CFR part 820, GxP, ICH, or similar) is essential
  • Basic knowledge of quality management systems (QMS)
  • A passion for helping customers understand and improve their quality processes
  • Someone who truly enjoys talking to prospects and potential customers, thrives on being in meetings and on the phone, and works in a highly structured manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to structure conversations effectively while adding a personalized touch
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely
  • Ability to work Europe CET time zone
