An exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing paid ads agency based in London, UK. Working across a range of client accounts, no two days will be the same and you’ll get to test your skills to the max in a variety of industries and budgets.

We’re looking for an A-player in Google Ads—someone who brings a wealth of knowledge to our agency and trusted client base.

Experience

  • 5+ years Google Ads experience required
  • Proficient with GA4
  • Capable of setting up conversion tracking via GTM
  • Knowlegable in CRO is desireable but essential
  • Previous agency experience is a bonus
  • B2B lead generation & B2C experience

Key Responsibilities

PPC Strategy & Management

  • Take full ownership of PPC strategies, management, and optimizations for assigned clients to ensure campaign success and goal achievement.
  • Create and maintain detailed PPC roadmaps for each client, outlining short-term, medium-term, and long-term plans/goals to drive quarterly growth.

Campaign Setup & Execution

  • Set up PPC campaigns as required, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry best practices.
  • Conduct ongoing optimizations, including keyword adjustments, bid management, and ad copy refinement

Tracking, Reporting & Communication

  • Provide weekly updates via email and an Excel tracker to document work carried out, optimizations, and client progress.
  • Bi-weekly reporting
  • Collaborate via Slack for internal communication, with a preference for messages to remain within weekday working hours.
  • Offer availability for internal calls during UK hours (Time flexibility is available).

Testing & Quality Improvement

  • Propose and implement testing plans using our testing tracker including innovative testing ideas for ad copy, keywords, bidding strategies etc.
  • Collaborate on landing page optimization efforts to improve Quality Scores and overall campaign performance.
  • Offline conversions implementation
  • CRO knowledge & experience in auditing + actioning split tests based on insights (Hotjar or similar software knowledge desirable)

Communication Expectations

  • Respond to Slack messages promptly with urgent messages requiring same-day responses.
  • Respond to emails within 24 hours.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication during UK business hours (8:00 AM - 5.30PM). - Hours can be flexible depending on the time zone.
  • Weekend work is acceptable for task completion; however, communication should align with agreed response times unless otherwise discussed.
