As a 3CX, you will:
- Create extensions, ring groups, queues.
- Troubleshoot call routing and call performance issues
- Provision new and existing handsets in remote networks
- Complete regular maintenance and update documentation (including backups, 3cx security policy, PBX performance)
- Level 1-2 communication with client base.
- Basic networking knowledge (IP Addressing, DNS, port forwards)
- Mikrotik knowledge is beneficial
Non-negotiables
- Working experience with 3CX
- Working knowledge of VoIP systems, SIP trunks and call flows.
- Well spoken English.
- The candidate must possess excellent verbal and written
- communication skills in English, ensuring clear, professional, and
- effective interactions with customers and team members
