We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Collection Specialist with a strong background in customer service to join our team. This role involves collecting, organizing, and updating customer and partner data across various platforms to ensure accuracy and consistency.
The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills, experience in data entry and research, and a customer service mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage data on BidPoint .
- Handle customer onboarding and update files/data in partner folders.
- Communicate with partners to request necessary data and ensure it is correctly recorded on BidPoint.
- Maintain and synchronize customer pages across ClearPoint, BidPoint, and the company website.
- Conduct data entry, research, and analysis to improve data accuracy and accessibility.
- Perform administrative tasks related to data management.
Qualifications:
- Experience in data entry, research, and customer service.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
- Prior experience in data organization and analysis is a plus.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
- Must be based in the Philippines.

- Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Experience handling confidential information responsibly.
