  • Manage monthly financial allocation processes for the department.
  • Generate detailed financial reports, ensuring alignment with budget goals and operational targets.

Deliverable Verification:

  • Review and verify deliverables for various projects and content to ensure they meet established quality standards.
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to address discrepancies or inconsistencies.

Data Management and Support:

  • Vet and validate data within Excel spreadsheets to maintain accuracy and integrity.
  • Review and verify online assets related to Photo/Video projects.

3D Tuning Data Process Support:

  • Assist with the 3D tuning data process by organizing, analyzing, and interpreting data to support department initiatives.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a data-driven role, preferably within the Photo/Video or creative industry.

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, data validation, conditional formatting, and chart creation.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

Other Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while meeting strict deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule:

  • Must be available to work Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST.
