Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced Data Analyst (Photo/Video). The successful candidate will play a key role in reporting, data verification, financial analysis, and supporting departmental projects. This position requires advanced Excel skills, strong analytical abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive weekly and monthly reports for the Photo/Video department, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Analyze key performance metrics and identify trends to provide actionable insights.
Financial Reporting and Allocation:
- Manage monthly financial allocation processes for the department.
- Generate detailed financial reports, ensuring alignment with budget goals and operational targets.
Deliverable Verification:
- Review and verify deliverables for various projects and content to ensure they meet established quality standards.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to address discrepancies or inconsistencies.
Data Management and Support:
- Vet and validate data within Excel spreadsheets to maintain accuracy and integrity.
- Review and verify online assets related to Photo/Video projects.
3D Tuning Data Process Support:
- Assist with the 3D tuning data process by organizing, analyzing, and interpreting data to support department initiatives.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a data-driven role, preferably within the Photo/Video or creative industry.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, data validation, conditional formatting, and chart creation.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently while meeting strict deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule:
- Must be available to work Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST.
