Job Description:
Develop Program Calendar:
Creates and maintains a comprehensive program calendar for the assigned academy, pillar, or account, aligned with business imperatives and strategic objectives. Identifies critical knowledge and skill areas, ensuring optimal timing and delivery of programs to maximize performance, career growth, and business impact. Submits periodic, regular reports on forthcoming and previous programs or learning initiatives, and other documents as required or needed.
Design, Develop, Implement, And Evaluate Learning Programs
Leverages research, data analytics, and industry insights to design, implement, and continuously refine programs aligned with the organization’s career development and succession strategies. Uses frameworks such as 70-20-10 to blend experiential, social, and formal learning. Continuously evaluates programs to ensure alignment with evolving business requirements and employee growth needs.
Manage Learning Programs, Coaching, And Mentoring Initiatives
Oversees the end-to-end management of learning programs, ensuring seamless delivery across multiple platforms and modalities. Designs and facilitates coaching and mentoring initiatives that foster knowledge transfer, skill development, and career progression. Engages with mentors and coaches to set clear goals, performance metrics, and feedback loops to optimize participant growth and program outcomes.
Create And Manage E-Learning Pathways
Develops personalized e-learning pathways, including targeted interventions to address skill gaps and accelerate high performance. Implements rapid learning strategies, such as microlearning, virtual bootcamps, and modular content delivery, to build capabilities at scale while ensuring relevance and adaptability to business demands.
Manage Vendor Relationships And Performance
Negotiates vendor agreements and ensures alignment with organizational objectives. Manages vendor performance by monitoring service delivery, timelines, and quality standards, making adjustments as necessary to maintain high-value partnerships.
Reporting And Analytics
Prepares, analyzes, and submits reports to Talent Management Head, offering insights into program performance, participation rates, and ROI. Uses analytics to inform decision-making and demonstrate the impact of L&D initiatives, providing actionable recommendations for future improvements.
Continuous Professional Development
Takes proactive steps to stay informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, and developments in fintech and learning. Attends workshops, conferences, and networking events, while reviewing peer-reviewed research and industry publications to incorporate best practices into L&D strategies.
Stakeholder Engagement And Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborates with business leaders, HR, and functional heads to ensure learning programs align with organizational needs and strategic goals. Engages with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, ensuring learning initiatives are relevant, impactful, and aligned with both employee and business objectives.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Industrial Psychology, Education, Guidance and Counseling
- Desired: Master’s Degree in relevant field or knowledge domain
- At least 5 years’ continuous experience as a Technical Product Training Manager, or similar role with record of performance in curriculum and/or learning pathway development, learning evaluation and assessment, competency assessment, modeling and interventions.
- Strong working knowledge and experience facilitating and designing IT trainings and programs
- Advanced technical skills in e-learning and mobile training
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
