Must be a graduate of a 4-year Engineering course from a reputable college or university.
Preferably a licensed engineer.
Preferably with at least 1 year of work experience related to construction and estate management.
Must be motivated, open-minded, competitive, resourceful, and a team player.
Can work under pressure.
Must have a positive work attitude.
With excellent oral and written communication stills.
With good presentation and facilitation skills; Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Job Description
The following responsibilities must be carried out:
- Facilitate communication between different utility providers and coordinate with the project development team.
- Act as a primary contact by attending meetings, maintaining communication records, identifying and solving communication issues, and developing professional relationships.
- Pin down all utility requirements across all SMDC developments/projects.
- Assist the group in engaging with respective departments during project stages: Planning and Coordination, Project Implementation, and Operations and Maintenance requirements.
- Incorporate standard requirements to ensure proper operations during the design phase.
- Assist in mapping out available/potential utility service providers in the concerned areas.
- Initiate coordination with service providers to ensure services will be sufficient and available at the expected time of use for the development.
- Establish connections with respective bureaus and agencies related to utility requirements of any development, including but not limited to electricity, water, telecommunication, drainage, and sewer systems.
- Perform the application process required by the respective service providers.
- In the event that an engagement process required by the respective service providers necessitates a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), assist the immediate head in aligning with Project Development on all aspects and contents of the agreement.
- Assist in coordination and securing necessary documents/permits from LGUs and other government agencies related to the application process.
- Ensure compliance with existing regulatory standards for utility operations and adopt changes as needed to maintain compliance.
- Report updates on all projects, structures, equipment installation, and maintenance before conveyance to the Association.
- Provide reports related to utility and estate development requirements and coordinate them with the immediate head.
- Ensure compliance with operational and regulatory requirements of all relevant government bureaus.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
