Responsible for working with the team to coordinate business strategies to ensure alignment of initiatives, maximize productivity opportunities and maintain open lines of communication with all stakeholders and Vendors and reports to the CPS Lead - ID and PH
- Lead PH team to identify productivity initiatives to meet Op Plan targets
- Productivity tracking, consolidation and reporting against targets
- Align with regional leader on productivity status, risks/opportunities and solution on any gaps
- Reporting of global program health including deployment and productivity
- Leverage metrics, WLDs and KPIs in existing reporting tools (e.g. Spotfire, QEM, C-DAR) to drive business decisions
- Drive compliance and validate the integrity of data in existing reporting tools
- Understand and communicate monthly variance (and drivers) in financials
- Drive monthly forecast process; coordinating update to Finance, understanding key drivers and risks/opportunities
- Ongoing management of expenditures in line w/financial commitments
- Proven capability to work effectively and calmly in a high pressure environment with critical emphasis on interpretation of disparate information and the ability to formulate recommendations in short periods of time
- Leadership experience managing cross-functional projects involving significant change in technology, operations, end-to-end workflow redesign, workforce optimization and changes in data management environments
- Proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively across functions, departments, and cultures
- Knowledge of operational processes and methodologies across multiple lines of business and applications
- Capability to translate financial requests and instructions into language that is understood and executed across multiple cost centers in multiple lines of business both quickly and accurately
- Budget Responsibility: Responsible for Obtaining OP Numbers and executing Productivity Initiatives
- Breadth of functions under management: Finance/ Vendor Management
- Nationality: Only Philippine citizenship considered for this role
