- 'Develop logistics specific IL6S tool kits and deploy to targeted sites
- Define the WMS capabilities to support the warehouse strategy and develop site specific roadmaps to execute
- Develop and execute fit for purpose warehouse automation capability, qualifying capabilities and leading AMEA pilots to prove concept
- Support development of logistics digital innovation pipeline i.e. Warehouse Digital twin, YMS, Vision technology etc.
- Manage logistics data and analytics for support region logistics performance and productivity
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
- Bachelor degree-required, Masters Preferred
- Minimum 10 years experience in E2E logistics operations , across AMEA markets
- Experience in developing, implementing and managing large scale warehouse infrastructure (inhouse or 3PL)
- Proven abilities implementing and/or using (advanced) logistics digital enablers including TMS, WMS, YMS etc.
- Strong analytical abilities to work with large datasets and develop business insights
- Strategic thinking plus excellent presentation, communication, influencing and motivational skills
- FMCG logistics experience
- Experience with warehouse automation solutions, applied to FMCG fulfillment environment
- Lean Six Sigma experience and certifications
