Key Responsibilities
- Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware including cctvs
- Handle business-critical IT tasks and system improvements
- Enable faster and smarter business processes and employee productivity

Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a relevant role.
- Proficient in analyzing information, problem-solving, data review, and organization with clear communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to comprehend a high-level vision, strategize, and translate it into practical platform configurations.
- Capable of working well under pressure and fostering excellent working relationships with colleagues.
