Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware including cctvs
  • Handle business-critical IT tasks and system improvements
  • Enable faster and smarter business processes and employee productivity
  • Research and evaluate emerging technologies, hardware, and software

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a relevant role.
  • Proficient in analyzing information, problem-solving, data review, and organization with clear communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to comprehend a high-level vision, strategize, and translate it into practical platform configurations.
  • Capable of working well under pressure and fostering excellent working relationships with colleagues.
