Job Description:
As a Property and Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of facilities. You must have a strong background in architecture, project management, construction management, and building management.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Background in architecture, project management, construction management, or building management.
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Hands-on experience in property maintenance, facility management, or construction oversight.
- Proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues.
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Preferred Qualification:
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes and property maintenance best practices.
- Prior experience working directly with contractors and service providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and coordinating maintenance and surveillance of nine properties, including offices and residential buildings.
- Managing properties at different stages of development, from construction to fully furnished and operational.
- Ensuring that necessary maintenance and operational tasks are completed efficiently.
- Acting as a liaison between contractors, vendors, and property stakeholders.
- Monitoring progress on construction and renovation projects to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
- Developing and implementing building management best practices.
- Ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards for property maintenance and safety.
- Providing regular updates and reports on project status and property conditions.
Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits:
- A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid).
- A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance).
- A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work.
