In This Role, You Will
- Take existing (warm) leads, set up a consultation call on the cost and benefits of solar energy in their residential homes.
- Escalate appropriate leads internally as required.
- Input, update and maintain CRM records on each account and opportunity for assigned area(s).
- Participate in weekly team meetings (updates/ forecasting/ training/ coaching).
- Become an advocate and help clients understand why we are the best choice.
- Make outbound calls effectively and efficiently and organize nurture campaigns as needed.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Sales (client facing, and preferably has handled US based customers)
- Experience working in the solar solutions/construction industry is a must.
- Highly organized, understands sales function with high business acumen
- Ability to successfully work independently and collaboratively with little daily guidance
- Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Excellent phone contact handling skills and active listening ability
- Must have high level of initiative and drive and be computer literate / Tech savvy
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- “Can Do” positive attitude and a will to exceed expectations
- Ability to work in a team-based and independent environment
- Someone who can work unsupervised and have an ambition to become a team leader
- Willing to work in a night shift schedule (PST)
