- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Basic understanding of access control models, authentication protocols, and authorization mechanisms
- Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory and related technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate are a plus
- Familiar with Windows Active Directory and Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
- Familiarity with basic programming and scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and best practices
