Information Security Analyst

Job Description

Essential Job Functions:

• Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of IAM solutions and systems
• Support the deployment of identity verification methods, including multi-factor authentication
• Help manage user provisioning and access management processes
• Monitor and analyze access logs and security events to detect and respond to suspicious activities
• Collaborate with system administrators, developers, and security teams to integrate IAM solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic IAM-related issues
• Stay up-to-date on current IAM threats and industry solutions
• Support security awareness training initiatives
• Display a strong desire to learn and grow in the security field
  
  

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Basic understanding of access control models, authentication protocols, and authorization mechanisms
• Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory and related technologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate are a plus
  
  

Other Qualifications

• Familiar with Windows Active Directory and Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
• Familiarity with basic programming and scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and best practices
