This role is pivotal in driving the success of our RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) and EOR (Employer of Record) functions. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience, advanced technical skills, and forward-thinking strategies to align with our business needs and propel us into the future.
Key Responsibilities:
- High-Volume Recruitment Support: Provide data-driven insights to optimize large-scale recruitment initiatives within RPO processes.
- Market & Industry Expertise: Analyze market trends and provide actionable recommendations for competitive recruitment strategies.
- Forecasting & Revenue Projections: Support the development and execution of plans to achieve hiring goals and meet revenue targets.
- Data Analytics & Insights: Collect, analyze, and report recruitment metrics using tools like JobDiva and advanced visualization platforms.
- Technical Proficiency: Serve as a super user in PowerBI, Access, Database Administration, Excel, PowerPoint, and visualization tools to deliver impactful reports and insights.
- Strategic Client Management: Collaborate with clients on project implementations and strategic hiring plans, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Leadership & Change Management: Drive cultural transformation and promote a forward-thinking, results-oriented mindset within the organization.
- Solutions-Oriented Approach: Recommend and implement innovative recruitment solutions leveraging AI and advanced technology.
- Onsite & Remote Collaboration: Participate in leadership meetings, client visits, and onsite recruitment events as needed.
- Proven experience in RPO and high-volume recruitment environments.
- Strong background in analytics, data reporting, and insights generation.
- Advanced skills in PowerBI, Access, Database Administration, Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
- Demonstrated expertise in forecasting, revenue projection, and strategic planning.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, in English.
- Self-starter with resourcefulness, confidence, and the ability to articulate thoughts clearly.
- Business-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering results and driving change.
- Experience in client relationship management and project implementations.
